Nestle gets safety education funds

Nestle was presented with a $9,900 grant yesterday afternoon courtesy of the Illinois Manufacturing Association and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The money is meant for employee safety education.
State Senate President John Cullerton, 49th District State Senator Deanna Demuzio and 97th District State Representative Jim Watson were on hand for the presentation in Mayor Andy Ezard’s office at City Hall.
